Shipping policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.  Following a USPS recognized holiday, your order ships the next business day.

Delivery Locations

We ship to U.S. addresses only.  Local delivery only available to ZIP codes 06757 and 06785, adult resident signature is required, pets must be secured.

Order Tracking

When a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates

The rate for shipping is based on the weight of products and your location.  Before payment the cost of shipping will be shown.  Free shipping discount cannot be combined with other discounts, maximum savings is $15 and valid for orders to the 48 contiguous United States only, all other orders may be cancelled at our discretion. 

Parcel Forwarding

Orders shipped to parcel forwarding/reshipper companies may be cancelled.
